Rotaract Club

Rotaract club provides an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.

    Rotaract Club aims to provide opportunities for the students to address, serve the needs, concerns of our environment, community by developing and disseminating knowledge with leadership skills and social responsibilities for the sustainable development of the youth.

  • An Installation Ceremony was Organized for the academic year 2024-25 on 05.08.2024. Rtn.PDG. Dr. E.K.Sagadhevan, Past District Governor of Rotary club of Erode was the chief guest for the event.
  • Rotaract club,YRC and NCC of our college has organized a fire safety awareness programme on 21.08.2024 for the NCC Cadets,YRC Members and Rotaract Students.

  • An Installation programme for the Rotaract club members for academic year 2023-2024 was conducted on 23.08.2023 . Rtn.A.KS.K.Shanmugasundaram Past District Governor of Rotary club of Erode was the chief guest for the event .Several members of Rotary club of Erode have graced the event with their presence.
  • Rotaract club organized a Book Collection and Stationary Donation activity towards the government school. It was distributed to the Chithode Sengunthapuram government school and Rayapalayam government higher secondary school.
  • Rotaract club of Kongu Arts and Science College organized a Mini Marathon on the Awareness of Fit India Run on 16.12.2023.Thiru.P.D.Thangavel, Correspondent and Dr.H.Vasudevan, Principal of Kongu Arts and Science college has felicitated the function.
  • Rotaract club of Kongu Arts and Science College has donated Grocery things to Thirunelveli flood relief at Erode Collector Office on 22.12.2023. 20,000Rs Worth Rice bags and Biscuit Boxes have been given to erode collector office.
  • Rotaract club of Kongu Arts and Science College has organised a Voting Awareness Programme on 03.01.2024. The chief guest for the Programme was S.Manian Advocate & Notary Public. Around 600 Rotaract club students has got benefitted.
  • Rotaract club of Kongu Arts and Science College has organised a Bike Rally Awareness on the occasion of national road safety week on 11.01.2024. The chief guest for the programme was P.Mohanasundari Sub-Inspector of Police, Taluk Police Station,Erode.
  • Rotaract club of Kongu Arts and Science College has organised a Online Quiz Programme on Voting Awareness from 21.02.2024 to 23.02.2024.
  • Rotaract club of Kongu Arts and Science College has organised a Seed Ball Making Programme on 20.02.2024. around 2000 seed balls. the seed balls were distributed to the students.

  • An Installation programme for the Rotaract club members for academic year 2022-2023 was conducted on 23.09.2022. Rtn.R.M.Chandrasekran, President of Rotary club of Erode was the Resource Person.Several members of Rotary club of Erode have graced the event with their presence.
  • The Guest Lecture programme on “Bright opportunity for Future Leaders” for Rotaract club members was conducted on 14.10.2022. Er.C.Ramachandran, Executive Engineer, TANGEDCO Urban Erode was the Resource Person.
  • The Hand print Ceremonyin the remembrance of "National Unity Day" was conducted on 31.10.2022 for the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
  • The online cancer prevention and awareness webinar to note of World cancer day was organized on 04.02.2023.
  • The Guest lecture on topic “Advancement in Science and Technologies” was conducted on 24.02.2023.M.SVijayaragavan.M.D, Consultant in Gastroenterology (Retired), Diplomate, ABIM-GE & Int. Med, US was the Resource person for the event.
  • Rotaract club students have participated in the Blood donation camp held at Rotary CD Hall, Erode on 24.03.2023. The 23 rd Mega Annual Blood donation camp was organized in the memory of Late.Rtn.Thangavelu and Late.Mrs.RukmaniThangavelu.

  • Our College Rotaract club has organized an One day Orientation programme on topic "Rotary means Opportunities" for the Rotaract students on 09.11.2021. Guest Speakers were Rtn.MPHF.M.K.Sivabal, President, Rotary club of Erode and Rtn.N.Karthikeyan, Rotary chair, Rotary club of Erode.
  • Our College Rotaract Club has organised a Guest Lecture on topic "The Change" on 19.11.2021. L.Jagadesh, Founder, GreenCraft Bags, Erode was the Guest Speaker for the session.
  • Our College Rotaract club in association with Rotary club of Erode jointly organized the "Installation programme" for the Rotaract Office bearers of our college on 19.11.2021.Rtn.MD.K.Shanmugasundaram, District Governor, RI Dist 3203 was the chief guest for the function. Rtn.MPHF.Sakthi Nallasivam was the guest of honour.Rtn.Sakthivel Subramaniam, Rtn.N.Karthikeyan felicitated the ceremony.
  • Our College Rotaract club has organized "Tree Sapling" event and planted several trees within our college campus on 19.11.2021 on the note of installation programme.

  • Our College Rotaract Club in Association with National Service Scheme has organized One day Seminar on topic "Understanding the Environment" on 18.04.2022. Rtn.Ravindran, President, Nature Society of Tirupur was the resource person.
  • Our College Rotaract Club in Association with National Service Scheme has organized seed ball making on 19.04.2022 in our college campus. Around 12,500 seed balls were prepared by our college students.

V.Raman, CEO Base Institute of Management HR Trainer and Motivator and Shri Z.MD. Nassar, Excite consulting Executive Director, BNI, Coimbatore.
  • Our College Rotaract club and Iraivi Foundation associated with District AIDS Prevention control unit Chennai jointly organized an online AIDS awareness and quiz programme for students on 20.03.2021. Guest speaker was Mr. R. Selvam, District Program Manager, District AIDS Prevention control unit Chennai.
