Kongu Arts and Science College was established in the year 1994 with a vision to impart skills and knowledge to rural youth in order to meet the needs of the society. The college enjoys a respectable position in two successful decades. It is indeed a great satisfaction for me to mark the sustainable improvement that has been made by the institution in imparting higher education.

Education is the manifestation of wisdom which removes ignorance and moulds mankind to choose the right path. It enlarges the horizon of one's mind and energizes the society. The fruits of higher education are sweeter and valuable when it promotes natural talent that augments student fraternity to be active and responsible citizens.

In the modern world the higher learning institutions face great challenges in providing quality education. Our institution sustains its popularity by taking utmost care in providing quality education through various innovative and healthy practices. The college ensures a valuable campus environment with Multidisciplinary Courses, Value Added Programmes and Research Activities to cater to the needs of the students. As the Correspondent of this Institution I am dedicated to enhance the infrastructural facilities, to motivate and rejuvenate the KASC family so that our institution would shine as the most Outstanding Centre of Higher Education. I consider myself privileged to lead the team with passion and commitment towards achieving excellence.
