• Inaugural Function of Rangmanch '24 and Orientation Programme on Career Enhancement was organized on 09.08.2024 and Ms. R. Aishwarya Jayaraman, Language Trainer from Salem served as the Resource Person. She led a powerful and impactful session titled "Importance of Learning Languages" in which students from various disciplines benefited and learned a lot about how studying multiple languages may aid them in various aspects of their life and career.
• World Sanskrit Day was Celebrated on 19.08.2024 with a Quiz Contest on Hindu Mythology among the students as Intra College Meet to create awareness among the students about the rich cultural heritage of our country through one of the World's Classical language Sanskrit.
• Hindi Divas was Celebrated on 12.09.2024 with various competitions like Solo Dance, Group Dance and Treasure Hunt among the students as Intra College Meet to spread the spirit of learning Hindi as the Communicative Language.
• Onam - Festival of Harvest was celebrated on 13.09.2024 along with the Fine Arts Club of the College to inculcate the tolerance and harmony towards, cultural, regional and linguistic diversities among the Students with the Pookolam Competition.
• Festival of lights - Diwali was celebrated on the behalf of all the departments on 26.10.2024 to develop tolerance and harmony among students towards cultural, regional, and other diversities.
• Book Review - Reading Marathon under Literary Circle to develop the habit of reading among the students was organized every month in the Odd Semester on 09.08.2024, 11.09.2024 and 07.10.2024 respectively with Dr.M.Sarmeladevi, Dr.V.G.Sumathy and Dr.M.Umadevi, Faculty members of our college as Guest Speakers.
• Book Review & Movie Review under Literary Circle to develop the reading, viewing and analytical skill among the students was organized every month in the Even Semester on 31.12.2024, 28.01.2025 and 21.02.2025 respectively with Dr.K.Prabha, Ms.Pavithra R and Ms.S. Shweta, Faculty members from the Department of English as Guest Speakers.
• The Department conducted Matrubhasha Divas with various competitions along with the Department of Tamil on 21.02.2025.
• Extension Activity Programme BEEJ was carried out on 26.02.2025 to instil social responsibility among the Students. They were taken to Digital Library, Erode to assist the authorities in checking the Stock.

• Inaugural of Rangmanch ’21 was organized on 27.10.2021 with Dr. S.Ananda Vadivelou, Former Professor of French, Pondicherry University, Puducherry as the Resource Person through virtual platform. He spoke about ‘Language and Life Skills’.
• Hindi Divas was celebrated by the Department on 14.09.2021 with the competitions among the UG students of other languages to bring out their talents like painting, drawing, Singing, Dancing, acting, video making, pencil sketching etc.,
