Guidelines to Authors
The Journal invites Research Articles/Papers in the areas of Management, Business, Commerce, Corporate, Marketing, Finance, Economics, HR Management and relevant subjects. Authors are requested to strictly adhere to the following manuscript preparation standards:
File Format & Length
The article/paper should be typed in MS Word not exceeding 8 pages.
Layout & Margin
Use a single column layout with both left and right margins justified on standard A4 paper.
Typography & Sizing
Font Style: Times New Roman; Font Size: Main Body – 12 pt. Ensure clean, consistent heading hierarchy.
Tables & Figures
Tables and Figures should be numbered and titled and it should appear in the document near/after where they are referred in the text.
Cover Page Requirements
The first page of the submission must serve as a dedicated Cover Page containing all required bibliographic and author details:
Manuscript Organization & Structure
Papers should be structured sequentially as outlined below, followed by strict adherence to APA style for all citations:
Abstract
Abstract should also be submitted along with manuscript summarizing the essence of the work.
Introduction
Background context, literature overview, problem statement, and rationale.
Objectives
Explicitly defined research questions, scope, and specific objectives.
Methods
Methodological framework, sampling, data collection tools, and analytical instruments.
Results
Empirical findings supported by numbered and titled tables and figures.
Discussions
Critical interpretation of results with theoretical and practical implications.
Conclusion
Summary of insights, scope for future study, and practical recommendations.
References
References should strictly follow standard APA (American Psychological Association) style.
