  • The department has organised Personality Development Programme for III B.Sc Mathematics students for two days 13th and 16th August 2018. The sessions were handled by Mr.R.Raja, Trainer, Soft Skills Erode.
  • Our Department was organized an Intercollegiate meet "Traze-18". The function was conducted in 19th September '18 and the function made a grand success with the support of our students. Many competitions were conducted to exhibit the talents of the students. PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore won the overall championship.

  • Mathematics Department “Lemniscate Association” Inauguration was organized for the first year UG Students on 27.07.2015. Dr.S.Krishnakumar, Senior Technical Officer, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Avadi, Chennai motivated the students.
  • Mathematics Department Association Inauguration and Orientation was organized for the first year UG Students on 08.07.2014, 09.07.2014. Dr.S.P.Anjali Devi, Professor and Head, Department of Applied Mathematics, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore motivated the students. J.Thangavel Raj Corporate Trainer, Salem and JCI Sen.S.Arun Prasad trained the students. The yoga session was handled by Mr V.M.Venkatachalam.
  • MATHEZINE An annually e-magazine was released by the Mathematics Student Association.
  • The Department is organizing the department function “Traze”. The function was conducted in 14th February ’11 and our students made the function a grand success. Many competitions were conducted to exhibit the talents of the students. PSG Arts and Science College, Coimbatore won the overall championship.
